Making Money Idea for Teens #2
Are you a teen who is looking to make some money this fall? Here’s a money making idea for you.
If you or your neighbors have planted zucchini or pumpkins in the yard, you know that harvest time is now.
We didn’t plant a garden this year, but my neighbors have. I’m getting large zucchini’s left and right from people.
We love zucchini, and have been cooking a lot of it. I however hate to bake. I wish there was a teen in my area, that would take my zucchini, and bake zucchini bread for me. I would pay for that service. I know a zucchini bread would be cheaper to buy at the store, but I’d rather use the zucchini my neighbor gave me.
Post a few signs in the neighborhood, to let people know that you will bake a pumpkin or zucchini bread using the pumpkins or zucchinis from their garden.
Make sure you calculate the cost of ingredients and calculate your time. If you want to make $5/hour, and it takes an hour to make a zucchini bread, make sure you add $5 to your cost.
